$21.63 – $28.85 Per Hour
We are seeking a Business Development Associate, who will play a critical role in generating leads and building a pipeline of potential partnership opportunities. The candidate will join a highly collaborative and motivated team in a high growth environment with substantial opportunity to create value for all involved. Qualified candidates should demonstrate a strong desire and passion for sales and business development, and a great goal-oriented attitude.
Will need to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, be self-directed and meet service level expectations.
Responsibilities include:
- New Opportunities: Develop and execute strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients.
- New Client Management: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and align our services with their goals.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services.
- RFPs/Proposals: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention through strategic proposal development.
What You Bring:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Sales or Account Management. Experience with Hospitality, Healthcare, or Facility Services preferred.
- An individual with a post-secondary education in Business Administration preferred.
- Demonstrates skills critical for managerial success including leadership, decisiveness, flexibility, sound judgment, and highly developed analytical and critical skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, adept at establishing and nurturing client relationships.
- Be flexible with travel, which can be expected to range up to 25% across North America.
