In July of 2025, Surcrest FSS (Facility Support Services) officially announces partnership with Amtrak (AMTK) in Seattle, WA. FSS will build and operate a Grab & Go style food to travelers, the first time the station will offer fresh food.

Currently the station hosts 3 vending machines with standard offers. FSS will offer freshly pre-packaged, made daily items such as salads, sandwiches, wraps, parfaits, fruit cups, and sushi using local ingredients.
